After restructuring of the family businesses, Rohit Gupta established the AARVJEE GROUP of companies (pronounced R.V.G. - initials of our founder, Rohit Vinay Gupta) in the year 2000, with the vision to grow in the core field of STEEL & diversify into other services.

Rohit schooled at the prestigious (over 150 years old) Cathedral & John Connon School in Mumbai & holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. Having a keen interest in business, he joined the family business in 1992, while simultaneously completing his graduation in 1995. Practical business experience was his “post-graduation degree”, gaining work experience of over 22 years in diverse fields ranging from manufacturing of engineering products, ferrous & non-ferrous steel scrap & steel products, construction services - rebar cut & bend, hospitality, media, import-export & human resource solutions.
